	Employees extend this generosity through various projects that they lend time and financial support to, on a personal basis
	INTELLECT employees are allowed one paid day off annually to volunteer at a charity of their choice
	INTELLECT extends Veterans Day off as a paid holiday to home office employees - assuming the employee visits a local Veterans Administration (VA) hospital and spends time with a veteran
